No. We are not a bank, NBFC or an agent of any lender. We help you prepare and present your proposal to suitable banks and NBFCs. The sanction decision, interest rate and terms are always set by the lender.
No one can honestly guarantee that. Banks, NBFCs and government agencies decide after their own appraisal. What we do is check eligibility early, fix gaps in your file and present it properly, so the lender has what it needs to decide.
Yes. Udyam Registration on the official portal, udyamregistration.gov.in, has no government fee. Most MSME schemes ask for a valid Udyam Registration, so it is usually the first step.
Usually KYC of the business and promoters, Udyam Registration, GST returns, the last two to three years of financial statements and ITRs, recent bank statements and details of existing loans. For a new project, a project report and quotations are also needed. The exact list depends on the lender and the facility.
